Our Annual Congregational Meeting will be held on Sunday, January 30th, immediately following the 10am worship service in the sanctuary. A remote participation via Zoom will be made available. We will commemorate the lives of the saints who passed away during the previous year, elect a Nominating Team, hear a budget presentation from the session, and approve the pastor’s terms of call. The meeting is open to all congregants, with voting privileges reserved for members. An important part of the annual meeting is reading the annual report, a summary of ministry activities in the prior year. The annual report will be distributed in mid-January in digital form via email. If you would like a printed copy, please contact the church office.
