Maundy Thursday Seder
Service

We gathered at tables for a “taste of the Hebrew Seder” in commemoration of Jesus’ Last Supper with his disciples. The service will conclude with the Sacrament of Communion.

Consider joining us next year for Maundy Thursday.

Good Friday Service

Good Friday is the day for Christians to commemorate Jesus's crucifixion. On this day, according to the Bible, the Jewish religious leaders—who had condemned Jesus the night before for claiming to be the son of God and king of the Jews— brought him to the Romans for sentencing. On Good Friday, we remember the day Jesus willingly suffered and died by crucifixion as the ultimate sacrifice for our sins (1 John 1:10).

This service will feature the NCPC Choir leading worship in the style of Taizé, including choral works as well as congregational engagement through repeated choruses, reflective readings, and meditative silences.

The Good Friday service was livestreamed.

Family Lent Devotional

Family Ministries has developed a Lent Devotional intended to guide Families with Children through the season of Lent (and every other day!)    Families, this is your invitation to drop by the Welcome Center to pick up your copy of the Devotional (and some fun activities that accompany the devotional!)  If you are unable to be in church on Sunday, please email Family Ministries Elder, Cindy Little at ermclittle@frontier.com, and we can arrange to have your devotional and materials set aside to pick up in the church office.
